- Abstracts — Abstract submissions are encouraged from all countries. Abstract categories will include 1) Scientific, 2) Challenging Cases, 3) Practice in Country/Institution (how pediatric anesthesia training is done in your country or institution).

Deadline for submissions is April 15, 2012. Accepted authors will be notified in May 2012.
- PBLD (Problem Based Learning Discussion) Submissions — The International Assembly for Pediatric Anesthesia will offer a PBLD session on Friday, October 12, 2012. IAPA will accept PBLD submissions from March 1, 2012 to April 15, 2012 for consideration for presentation at the meeting. Submission information will be available soon.
- Social Activities — A reception with exhibitors will be held on
Thursday, October 11. A closing event will be held on Friday, October
12 at the National Zoo. All registrants and registered guests with the
meeting are invited to attend.
